HME Workshop

Our HME Workshop is a heavy machinery specialist facility staffed by 20 technicians with deep experience across mining, construction, and agricultural equipment. We handle everything from full machine rebuilds and hydraulic system overhauls to undercarriage assembly and structural fabrication.

Equipped with a 150-tonne portable track press, hydraulic cylinder test benches, and a fully automatic transmission testing bench, we have the tooling to rebuild machinery to OEM specifications. Our clients include Zimbabwe's largest mining operations and civil engineering contractors.

Hydraulic Cylinder Repair & Test Bench

Complete cylinder repair facility with honing machine, lathe machine, and testing for fully repaired cylinders. Equipped with Nutbuster HTW50 (50,000 ft/lb torque) and HTW100 (100,000 ft/lb torque) models.

Fully Automatic Transmission Testing Bench

Automated transmission test bench for comprehensive testing of rebuilt transmissions under load conditions.

Engine Breakout Testing

Engine testing facility for verifying rebuilt engines before installation, including dyno and pressure testing.

All workshop repairs are backed by our repair warranty. We stand behind the quality of our workmanship and the parts we install. If any issue arises from our repair work, we'll make it right.

Annual Maintenance Contracts
